BOOTS No7

Envisioning a beauty concierge app to boost loyalty

Worked with Boots No7 to envision and build a new Beauty Concierge application that creates a more intimate shopping experience that encourages trust, customer loyalty, repeat business and increased foot traffic versus competitors.

A web-based solution was created, tailoring the customer experience via an accessible in-store app. The app maintains customer profiles and preferences allowing consultants to access this information, creating a more personalised service unique to Boots.

VODAFONE

Personalizing the mobile shopping experience

Vodafone asked us to envision and implement a portal for a new shopping experience to be rolled out across several countries that allows customers to find products by user preference  then compare products, price plans and accessories.

The project scope included designing the product concept, creating UX designs, building a front-end web application and implementing microservices to pull and aggregate information from various locations. The result was an interactive dashboard to gain actionable insights into their mobile shopper experience.

THE VENETIAN LAS VEGAS

Boosting gaming revenue with an integrated guest offer product

With a majority of business generated through their retail and hotel facilities, The Venetian identified an opportunity to increase revenue from the Casino floor, by building stronger customer engagement, especially targeted offers to promote gaming engagement.

We created a custom guest offer digital product that supports the need to move customers from an early touchpoint through to maturity - with targeted offers delivered within the product and via integration with their retail, residential and gaming systems.

THE COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS

Transforming digital experiences with a unified customer view

As part of their digital transformation the client wanted to innovate and create a new digital experience starting with a new website that would enable them to own the customer journey and provide an excellent customer experience. Previous attempts to solve the problem had failed given the complexity of their technology.

To solve this we decoupled the website from the source backend systems to create a single customer view with data from their reservations system, player management, concert venue management, retail and other systems.

Realizing a forward digital retail strategy, starting with data

At Macy’s, systems had been devised to better understand customers, however many of these were in disrepair, or never completed to their original strategic design. Operating without trustworthy data was viewed as economically risky for America’s department store brand. 

We dissected Macy’s data, explored its origins, understood the transformations at play, and designed the forward digital strategy in a comprehensive “know your customer” data layer. This data fabric enabled significant application and associate time savings and more reliable data to baseline marketing, sales, and purchasing decisions.
